• You must have the official authentication certificate for the credit card (individual, corporation, research expenses) to make payment.

• For account transfer, deposits are processed on the morning of the next business day. Deposits made on weekends will be processed on Monday morning.

Request for Electronic Invoice Issuance

• Electronic invoice issuance is possible only when the registration fee is deposited by account transfer (cannot be issued for credit card payments).
• When requesting an electronic invoice for early registration, please send the following information to KSPST email (kspst@kspst.or.kr)

  ② E-mail address to receive the invoice
  ③ Name of registrant and amount of registration fee
  ④ Invoice issuance date

Early Registration Refund Policy

• If you wish to cancel your early registration and re-pay the registration fee, please download and fill out the application form below and send it to KSPST email (kspst@kspst.or.kr).
• When refunding the registration fee, only the same payment method will be refunded (credit card payment will be cancelled if the original payment was made by credit card, cash refund in case of account transfer)
• When the registration fee refund process is completed, we will reply to the same email as you submitted the application form.

• Title, body of the text, author information should be written in English.
• Please write the first character of the sentence in the title with capital letter and the rest in lowercase letters. Proper nouns are written in capital letters, and scientific names, genus and species names are written in italics.
• Please do not leave a space in front of the first word in the body of the text and continue entering the text without line breaks. The length must be between 300 and 2000 characters including spaces and punctuation marks.
• Please write the authors’ affiliations in English in the order of department, school (institution), country and write the first character of each word with a capital letter.

  ※ Please note:

  • - An error may occur due to compatibility issues when copying and pasting contents written in Korean or MS Word in the online submission page.
  • - The above error can be resolved by first moving the contents into notepad, then copying the contents from notepad and pasting them into the online submission page.

• Presentation format can be selected from English poster presentation and poster display presentation.
• You can make a presentation by selecting the desired research area.
• The submitted abstracts for English poster presentation will be selected as the presenters of Young Scientist Session through evaluation by the Scientific Program Committee.

• Invited speakers should submit abstracts to the conference email (kspst@kspst.or.kr) and there is no need to register for guest speaker abstracts additionally.
• Details related to the speaker presentation will be notified individually.

K-ETA is mandatory for nationals from visa-free entry countries who enter Korea without a visa. You should apply for the K-ETA at least 72 hours prior to boarding the flight bound for the Republic of Korea. You can apply for K-ETA website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or mobile app (K-ETA).

In order to request the documents required for a visa application, please register first including payment.
