Payment

Credit Card
  • If you pay by credit card, it will be processed as payment completed immediately.
  • You must have the official authentication certificate for the credit card (individual, corporation, research expenses) to make payment.

    ※ If there is a problem with the card payment process,

    • - Internet Explorer: Please add the KSPST homepage to 'Tools → Compatibility View Settings' before making payment.
    • - Chrome: Pay after disabling the pop-up blocker for the KSPST website.
    • - Inquiries: Secretariat of KSPST (E-mail: kspst@kspst.or.kr / Tel: 02-564-4019)
  • Manual (handwritten) credit card transactions are not accepted.
Account Transfer
  • For account transfer, deposits are processed on the morning of the next business day. Deposits made on weekends will be processed on Monday morning.

Request for Electronic Invoice Issuance
  • Electronic invoice issuance is possible only when the registration fee is deposited by account transfer (cannot be issued for credit card payments).
  • When requesting an electronic invoice for early registration, please send the following information to KSPST email (kspst@kspst.or.kr)

    ① Business registration certificate
    ② E-mail address to receive the invoice
    ③ Name of registrant and amount of registration fee
    ④ Invoice issuance date

Cancellation of Early Registration and Payment Change

100% refund When requesting a refund by 1 month before the event (Before November 1)
No refund From 1 month before the event (November 2) ~ on the day of the event
  • If you wish to cancel your early registration and re-pay the registration fee, please download and fill out the application form below and send it to KSPST email (kspst@kspst.or.kr).
  • When refunding the registration fee, only the same payment method will be refunded (credit card payment will be cancelled if the original payment was made by credit card, cash refund in case of account transfer)
  • When the registration fee refund process is completed, we will reply to the same email as you submitted the application form.
